ORION RIGEL — REFUND POLICY

All purchases, subscriptions, and payments made through Orion Rigel are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Upgraded or premium tiers
  • AI credit add-ons (if applicable)
  • Failed scenario analyses due to incomplete inputs

Once access to the Platform has been granted, refunds cannot be provided because key digital features are unlocked immediately.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in limited cases:

  • Duplicate accidental payments
  • Billing errors caused by our system
  • Platform downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our fault

Requests must be submitted within 14 days to support@orion-rigel.org.

No Guarantees

Orion Rigel does not guarantee financial performance, investment success, or accuracy of projections. Subscriptions cover access to tools — not results.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
