ORION RIGEL — TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Orion Rigel, an AI-powered real estate analysis platform offering financial modeling, scenario simulation, automated KPI calculations, and AI-generated insights (“Platform”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and all related products, services, websites, and applications.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Orion Rigel.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts to use the Platform. If you use Orion Rigel on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Orion Rigel may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile the Platform.
  • Use automated tools to extract or scrape data.
  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Upload malicious files, code, or scripts.

Orion Rigel may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Financial Content & AI Insights Disclaimer

Orion Rigel provides automated calculations, projections, KPI metrics, tax estimates, and AI-generated insights based on the data you provide. We do not guarantee accuracy, investment performance, or financial outcomes.

All outputs (KPIs, IRR, projections, taxation estimates, comparisons, AI recommendations) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for any decisions made using the Platform.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload, including:

  • Property data
  • Financial inputs
  • Portfolios and leads
  • Scenarios and projections
  • Documents and models

By using the Platform, you grant Orion Rigel a license to process, analyze, and generate calculations/insights based on that data.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

No refunds are issued for:

  • Partially used billing periods
  • User-initiated cancellations
  • Failed calculations due to missing or incorrect inputs

You may cancel at any time from your account portal.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, UI designs, logos, components, business logic, branding, and AI-powered features belong to Orion Rigel LLC. Users may not copy, resell, distribute, or replicate the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Orion Rigel is not liable for financial losses, inaccurate calculations, or decisions based on Platform output.
  • We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions.
  • Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous 12 months.

You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, access will cease, but your data may be retained for audit, compliance, or backup purposes.

10. Modifications

Orion Rigel may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
